Publish Date: 2003-11-01
Features: The legal norms included in this book consist of laws, regulations, and some rules, as well as legal normative interpretations. The content of this book continues from The Legal Collection of the People's Republic of China (Volume 18), covering the laws, regulations, rules, and legal normative interpretations promulgated by the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee, the State Council and its affiliated departments, the Supreme People's Court, and the Supreme People's Procuratorate from May to August 2003. Before the publication of The Legal Collection (Volume 18), due to various reasons, some laws, regulations, rules, and judicial interpretations from January to April 2003 that were not included were also incorporated. The internal arrangement within each section of the book is as follows: laws, regulations and rules, legal normative interpretations. However, for the interpretation of a specific law or regulation, or for supplementary content of a specific rule or legal normative interpretation, due to their close relevance, they were not arranged according to the above principles but placed after the corresponding law, regulation, rule, or legal normative interpretation for easier reference. Documents such as the President's Order of the People's Republic of China, the State Council's Order, and related notices issued for the promulgation of specific laws, regulations, rules, and legal normative interpretations, which do not contain substantive legal provisions, have not been included. For the convenience of legal researchers to understand the overall picture of China's legal development from a longitudinal perspective and for easy reference, a time index is appended at the end of the book.
