Features: Change for love, difference for emotion – can it really happen? Is it a beautiful temptation or a solemn promise of eternal love? On a construction site, a worker's accidental pile driving led to one of Shanghai's most significant archaeological discoveries – Zhidanyuan. Around the Zhidanyuan relic area, a series of mysterious events continued to unfold: a tropical fish that lived in the sand often burrowed back and forth; a swarm of indestructible cockroaches that could still move freely even when their bodies were split in two; a black cat with seemingly nine lives that wasn't crushed by a truck or killed after falling from a building. The strange phenomena occurring among animals seemed to be signs of the subtle mutation of sea dwellers. After, a secret about sea dwellers seemed to be revealed. Based on a real archaeological news report, this work weaves a suspenseful and supernatural love story, evolving into a tale of extraordinary love. Amidst twists and turns, it creates a series of enigmatic yet imaginative artistic spaces, making readers intellectually disbelieve the story but emotionally connect with it. From an artistic perspective, the author reflects humanity's longing for beautiful love and their gentle hopes and aspirations for the future.
