Features: This chart strives for exquisite artwork, accurate point location, concise content, and uses three views (front, side, and back) to illustrate 361 meridian points, 76 extra-meridian points, and 91 auricular points. It is accompanied by an "Explanation" booklet. For convenience, a portable version with a reduced-size large chart is attached to the back of the "Explanation." The point names, codes, and locations in the "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Point Chart" and the "Explanation" are based on the National Standard "Meridian Point Locations," "Extra-Meridian Point Names and Locations," and the World Health Organization (WHO) "International Standard Acupuncture Point Names."
The meridians in the "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Point Chart" are marked with long, segmented, or dotted lines in red, purple, blue, green, and black, while the points are indicated by corresponding colored dots. Extra-meridian points are marked with black circles, and intercostal points are marked with a black dot at the center of the circle. Auricular points are either divided into regions or marked with black dots, while points on the inner surface of the auricle are marked with asterisks ().
In the "Acupuncture and Moxibustion Point Chart," the names of the points are labeled with Chinese characters on one side and international standard codes on the other. For paired points, one side displays Chinese characters while the other shows the international standard code. For single points, the Chinese characters and international standard code are labeled on opposite sides or at the top and bottom. Extra-meridian point codes are too long, so in the National Standard, only the location and serial number are marked, omitting "EX." Commonly used extra-meridian points outside the standard are marked only with their locations. Auricular point names are labeled with Chinese characters and codes according to the National Standard.
