Features: When the book "Comprehensive Legal Guidance for New Real Estate Enterprises" was published, it coincided with the restructuring anniversary of the Real Estate Department of Shanghai Qiaobo Law Firm. This book is the second gift presented to the by the entire lawyers of our Real Estate Department after years of effort. It can be considered a sister volume to the book "Essential Explanations of Real Estate Contracts" that I edited previously, both of which are compiled with the purpose of guiding specific legal issues in real estate practice. The writing orientation of "Comprehensive Legal Guidance for New Real Estate Enterprises" is based on a panoramic narrative model. We considered that legal personnel serving real estate enterprises are often limited by their knowledge reserves and practical experience, and can only have a perceptual understanding of some aspects of real estate project operations. Therefore, I felt it was particularly necessary to compile such a book, enabling relevant personnel and interested readers to form a panoramic understanding and a bird's-eye view of the relevant knowledge involved in real estate project operations. Real estate project operations are a long-cycle, high-investment, and widely encompassing systematic project. They cover the entire process from the establishment of the project company, acquisition of land use rights, relocation and resettlement, bidding, engineering design, construction, supervision, equipment installation to the sale of houses and property management, forming a complete systematic project involving various legal relationships.
