Features: When I was lying on the sofa and learned that the Young Children Publishing House would be editing and publishing a series of books titled "Sanmao's Big World," I immediately felt as if a breeze had blown into my bosom, uplifting my spirits. Grandpa Zhang Leping is a renowned Chinese cartoonist, and I once worked with him at the Young Children Publishing House for many years. The cartoon character Sanmao, drawn by him, had long entered countless households through the story "Sanmao's Adventures," winning the sympathy and love of countless kind-hearted people before the liberation. In this book, the lively and lovable Sanmao has two new companions—a smart parrot and a humorous puppy. Through a series of vivid and engaging, knowledge-rich stories, they present the colorful world to young readers, transforming the stern and serious appearance of encyclopedic books. Young readers can learn many valuable facts and thus enhance their patriotic sentiments. It is particularly worth mentioning that to compile this book, the editors at the Young Children Publishing House made meticulous planning and careful arrangements. They hired experts to write the text, which is lively and humorous; they also invited experts to review the scientific content in the book, ensuring its accuracy, rigor, and scientific validity.
