The author, Ruan Lixin, is the Director of the Engineering and Finance Teaching and Research Office at Nanjing Jinling Hotel Management College, an Associate Professor, and has long been engaged in the practice, teaching, and training of hotel engineering management. He has served as a construction and management consultant for hotels in multiple establishments.
