The entrepreneurial ecosystem and funding jointly form the framework for returning overseas talent entrepreneurship in Zhongguancun. As the clusters of returning overseas talent enterprises grow, their unique value, culture, vitality, and competitiveness are gradually forming. Among these returning entrepreneurs, 57 possess personal scientific and technological achievements, and 44 scientific and technological achievements have been patented. The total registered capital of returning overseas talent enterprises has reached 2.1 billion RMB within a few years, attracting hundreds of billions in project R&D cooperation funds, and gathering over 40,000 outstanding high-tech talents. If Silicon Valley's thousands of enterprises dominate the semiconductor and internet worlds, then we can look forward to the future of Zhongguancun's returning overseas talent enterprises. Because they possess extremely excellent professional technology, extremely high internationalization levels, and extremely outstanding market-oriented concepts.
