Features: Most of us are not living in a utopian society, and conflicts can exist to varying degrees. This book explains in plain and easy-to-understand language, with a light and lively tone, how to reduce, channel, and resolve conflicts, as well as the psychological processes and significance behind them. Unlike typical management books that teach "how to solve conflicts," this book's unique selling point lies in elevating conflict management to an art. While imparting "skills," it also delves deeply into the more profound aspects of human nature, allowing readers to examine the fundamental and authentic self within. It enhances communication, listening, and coordination skills while inspiring and adjusting mindsets, essentially transforming knowledge into skills and psychological qualities into behaviors, fostering more harmonious relationships and a more virtuous inner world.
