His (fierce talent), (innocent heart), and even his mischievousness all leave a strong impression. He is determined to corner many of his peers in the literary world, forge a new path, and tighten the "vicious" slingshot he handmade with youthful memories, shooting through the barriers of time and oblivion.
The title "18 Years Old, Give Me a Girl" is inspired by a lyric from Cui Jian. The book centers on the author Feng Tang's youthful experiences at 17 and 18, depicting the unique coming-of-age story of someone born in the 1970s. Feng Tang states that both the form and content of literature can transcend time and space. "I firmly believe that in a fast-paced, (frivolous) society, literature can still warm people's hearts," he says. It is his belief that "literature can warm the heart" that has always driven him to write. "I hope to observe and record some aspects of this era in my own way. This is why I have always written in my spare time."
