Features: This volume collects essays written in recent years on cultural figures and cultural phenomena. Part 1 includes articles from the column "Sights of Time" that I wrote for the Harvest magazine from 1994 to 1996. Over three years, I published 18 articles in the column, with 15 included in this volume, while the other three—"Old Memories Are Already Aged?," "The Broken Window Frame," and "The Statue in the Wind and Rain"—are categorized into separate volumes based on their content. Part 2 consists of a selection of portraits of writers written since the 1990s. This group of essays shares similarities in format and style with "Sights of Time" but also has some differences, so it is listed as a separate section.
