Features: This is a mysterious land, an ancient plateau uplifted by the vast sea, giving rise to majestic snow-capped peaks, vast lakes like mirrors, endless grasslands, skies as blue as the sea, a colorful culture, simple and kind people, and a rich and unique fragrance. This is Tibet. Everything it possesses is a beauty and wonder that reaches its peak, heart-stirring yet seemingly transcendent, resilient, tolerant, mysterious, and serene, leaving one with a sense of elusiveness. Once you get close, you are deeply drawn in. This is the charm of Tibet. Measure this land with your feet, experience its culture with your heart, immerse yourself in the air of this sacred land of snow, and accept the baptism of life, feeling the beauty that shakes your soul. The hardships and pains of the journey will be repaid in the silent embrace and witness of the icy, clear radiance of the sacred mountains and lakes, in the loving prayers and chants of the golden deities with smiling faces, and in the focused gazes and songs of all living beings with undivided attention. — Tibet allows one to return to the true spiritual homeland. That is why this book was written—a small book that incorporates the history, culture, customs, and travel experiences of Tibet. Through these perspectives, Tibet seems within reach, and those floral experiences and real-life stories will become a warm companion for your long journey under the starry sky. Let’s go, let’s set off together!
