International Trade Law

Features: This book is a revision based on the author's "International Sales of Goods Law" compiled in 1999. The revisions mainly cover three aspects: First, the scope of coverage has been expanded to include legal controls in international trade, making the content more comprehensive and suitable for university courses on international trade law. Second, outdated materials have been replaced to reflect significant developments in the field of international trade in recent years, such as the 2000 revision of the "Incoterms," the 2004 revision of the "Principles of International Commercial Contracts," and e-commerce law. Third, the writing style has been adjusted by adding more subheadings, paragraphs, tables, case analyses, and recommended readings to make the content more intuitive, convenient, engaging, and thought-provoking. This aims to help students gain a preliminary understanding of how the knowledge they learn is applied in real-life situations and to cultivate their ability to think critically and solve problems. When used as a teaching material, this book has benefited greatly from the valuable feedback of students from previous years. The author sincerely thanks them. Any remaining issues in the book are hoped to be pointed out by teachers and students for further improvement.
