Later, the emergence of "point-and-shoot cameras" allowed ordinary people to take passable photos even under good lighting conditions. With the advent and maturity of digital cameras and the widespread adoption of electronic technology, it has become easier for us ordinary people to take ideal photos. The photo medium is no longer limited to film or paper but has become intangible yet vivid digital information, achieving great liberation in terms of cost-effectiveness and dissemination methods. Today, digital cameras are already widespread, but most people are still clueless about how to use them well and take better photos. Learning digital photography has become a wish for many people. Affiliated Experimental School of Beijing Haidian District Teachers' College offers digital photography courses in its elective curriculum to cultivate students' aesthetic abilities and artistic literacy, which has been well-received by students. During the teaching process, textbook issues have always troubled both teachers and students. Looking at the current photography textbooks in bookstores, there are very few that are suitable for beginners, and even fewer that focus on digital imaging. Many textbooks still adhere to the system of the traditional camera era, starting from basic photography techniques and theories, aiming for completeness and high standards, and even directly quoting concepts and techniques that are no longer used in most digital photography. Some also insist that "one must start by learning from film to truly master photography," which adds unnecessary learning burdens for ordinary photography beginners. Overall, there are rarely textbooks that truly adapt to the learning starting point of photography beginners, often resulting in the situation where "those who understand still understand after reading, and those who don't understand still don't understand after reading."
