Features: Doraemon is incredibly famous among young readers in China. This modern comic classic, introduced in 1970, has taken the world by storm. The smart and lovable Doraemon—also known as "Ding Dong" or "Robot Cat"—has become a good friend to generations of children. However, in mainland China, the color version of Doraemon was still second to be released. The original works are in color, and their exciting and humorous stories have never been fully captured in the black-and-white comics. The style of the latter half of this book suddenly shifts to a two-color format. At the time, this was also common, primarily to adapt to the guidelines of a certain period's Japanese magazine [Shogaku Nisen-nen]. The content of the two-color version mostly consists of comedic manga derived from step-by-step plots. Perhaps some readers may find the dialogue between Doraemon and Nobita a bit rough, as if it were a conversation between men, which might feel unfamiliar to fans already familiar with the current animated version of Doraemon. However, this is also a unique characteristic of the ever-changing Doraemon.
