This book is divided into four parts: Theoretical Exploration, Regional Practice, Policy Thinking, and Learning from Others. Based on a clarification and analysis of the general theory and significance of citizen moral construction, it combines the summary of the practical experience in regional citizen moral construction in Jiangdong District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, attempting to analyze and study the relationship between citizen moral construction and regional development from the perspective of theory and practice. It proposes corresponding policy considerations for how to further develop the practice of regional citizen moral construction. At the same time, it lists practical experience samples of citizen moral construction from regions and countries at home and abroad, intending to provide inspiration and benefits for the further development of citizen moral construction in Jiangdong District, Ningbo City, and other parts of China.
