The Lion King was quite puzzled and specially invited the Old Goat to his office for a detailed inquiry. The Old Goat said with great certainty, "The Wolf is a truly rare and excellent cadre. He devoted himself wholeheartedly to the collective, and no one in the goat pen spoke ill of him!" "Is there really such an excellent cadre?" The Lion King still felt uneasy and immediately went to the grassroots for investigation. But when he asked the goats at the grassroots, he found that the conclusions were completely opposite to what the Old Goat had said.
