Author: Administrative Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court

Publish Date: 2005-01-01
Features: Administrative laws, regulations, and rules are formulated and released by different authorities at different times, making them numerous and diverse. Additionally, there are situations of obsolescence, which creates difficulties in legal application for administrative enforcement, administrative reconsideration, and administrative litigation. To facilitate the need for centralized legal reference, we have categorized the current effective administrative laws, regulations, and rules into forty-seven parts based on the statistics of administrative litigation cases. Due to the vast number of laws, regulations, local regulations, departmental rules, local rules, and regulatory documents used in administrative enforcement, it is impossible to include them all in one book. Therefore, we have collected and compiled the commonly used laws, regulations, and departmental rules for administrative enforcement. This book includes thousands of laws, regulations, and departmental rules, categorized according to the statistics of administrative litigation cases, with each category further divided into several subcategories for easy retrieval and reference. Additionally, the book lists the 221 regulations invalidated or expired on October 6, 2001, by State Council Order No. 319, to help readers compare the abolished provisions with the currently applicable regulations, providing a more accurate and intuitive understanding of the status of China's legal norms.
