Features: This standard was formulated in accordance with the requirements of the Office of the National Development and Reform Commission's document "Notice on Issuing the 2005 Industrial Standard Project Plan" (No. 739 of the Office of Industry). This standard is primarily drafted based on the original "Technical Specifications for Hydraulic Engineering Design of Thermal Power Plants" (ndgj5) and "Technical Specifications for Living, Fire Protection, Water Supply, and Drainage Design of Thermal Power Plants" (dlgj24). From the date of implementation, this standard replaces the "Technical Specifications for Hydraulic Engineering Design of Thermal Power Plants" (ndgj5) and the "Technical Specifications for Living, Fire Protection, Water Supply, and Drainage Design of Thermal Power Plants" (dlgj24). Appendices B, C, D, E, H, I, and K of this standard are normative appendices. Appendices A, B, G, J, L, and M of this standard are informative appendices.
