Features: This standard was revised by the East China Electric Power Design Institute according to the arrangement of the original Ministry of Power Industry's Technical Comprehensive Plan No. [1996]40, "Regarding the Issuance of the 1996 Power Industry Standard Development and Revision Plan (Batch)." The revision was conducted on DLGJ26—82, "Technical Specifications for the Design of Combustion Air, Flue Gas, and Pulverized Coal Pipelines in Thermal Power Plants (Trial)."
In the early 1980s, China introduced large-capacity thermal power generation equipment manufacturing technology and power plant design technology. With the increasing number of imported units in foreign-related projects, the single capacity of thermal power generation units in China's rapidly developing power industry gradually became larger. As imported technologies were adopted and new technologies were developed and applied, DLGJ26 could no longer meet the design requirements for large-capacity unit pipelines for combustion air, flue gas, and pulverized coal.
This standard was developed on the basis of DLGJ26, through a comprehensive revision that summarized the experience of China's power plant pipeline design, construction, and operation over the past decade, referenced data from imported units, absorbed advanced technologies from foreign standards, codes, and specifications, and adopted research achievements from domestic scientific research and design institutions. It was formulated in accordance with the provisions of China's national standards and power industry standards. The revision work was carried out under the direct leadership and support of the original Ministry of Power Industry and the General Planning and Design Institute of Power Engineering. It also received support and assistance from other power design institutes. Drafting outlines, draft proposals for comments, draft submissions for review, and draft applications for approval were successively prepared, followed by sequential reviews.
