Features: Economic law is one of the most widely applied legal courses in people's daily and working lives. Although its fundamental legal provisions are easy to understand, they can be dull and unengaging. After reading or listening to them, one may not retain much, especially when faced with actual legal issues, leading to confusion and uncertainty. This is related to our traditional legal education methods. Currently, the teaching of economic law courses in China still largely follows the model of "emphasizing concepts over practice, theoretical systems over application skills, and teacher-centered lectures over student-teacher interaction." The result is inevitably a situation where students score high on theoretical exams but lack practical skills. The key feature of this practical training manual is to build upon students' mastery of fundamental theoretical knowledge while focusing on cultivating their practical application skills, promoting student-teacher interaction, inspiring critical thinking, and stimulating learning motivation. The content covers basic legal theories, requiring student discussions and teacher-student exchanges; for specific legal provisions, case-based teaching methods are adopted, emphasizing students analyzing cases in their own words and commenting on court judgments to deepen their understanding. As a supplementary textbook for economic law courses, the theoretical sections are concise, listing only major concepts and basic legal provisions, with a primary emphasis on practical application. The practical training content is organized according to the main knowledge points of each chapter, allowing students to learn and apply simultaneously. This approach helps students grasp and comprehend the fundamental theories of economic law while improving their ability to analyze and solve practical problems, achieving the goal of applying knowledge in practice.
