Features: With the continuous deepening of the reform in China's engineering cost management, as well as the development of the qualification system for cost engineers and cost engineering consulting firms, and the requirement to align China's cost management with international standards after joining the WTO, the National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination Training Textbook Compilation Committee has organized the writing of this set of training textbooks according to the "National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination Syllabus" revised by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Personnel in 2003. These textbooks are intended for use in the National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination from 2003 onwards. The newly revised examination training textbooks are divided into "Basic Theory and Related Regulations of Cost Engineering Management," "Cost Engineering Estimation and Control," "Construction Project Technology and Measurement" (one volume for civil engineering and one for installation engineering), and "Cost Engineering Case Analysis."
