Features: With the continuous deepening of the reform in China's project cost management, as well as the development of the professional qualification system for cost engineers and cost engineering consulting firms, and the requirement to align project cost management with international standards after China's accession to the WTO, the National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination Training Textbook Compilation Committee organized the writing of this set of training textbooks according to the "National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination Syllabus" revised by the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in 2003. These textbooks are intended for use in the National Cost Engineer Qualification Examination from 2003 onwards. The newly revised examination training textbooks are divided into "Basic Theory and Related Regulations of Project Cost Management," "Project Cost Estimation and Control," "Construction Project Technology and Measurement" (one volume for civil engineering and one for installation engineering), and "Project Cost Case Analysis."
