Features: According to the requirements of the "Plan for Formulation and Revision of Engineering Construction Standard Quotas in 1994" (Annex Nine of Document No. 240, Ji Comprehensive [1994]) issued by the State Planning Commission, the "Design Code for Automatic Fire Alarm Systems" GB50116-98, jointly revised by the Ministry of Public Security and relevant departments, is a mandatory national standard and shall come into effect on June 1, 1999.
