Features: To guide the planning, construction, and management of county-level power grids in the Southern Power Grid, improve the technological content of county-level power grids, refine the structure of county-level power grids, upgrade outdated equipment, reduce distribution network losses, promote the steady and healthy development of county-level power grids, and meet the power needs of the economy and society. In coordination with the implementation of standards by the Southern Power Grid Company, this guide has been formulated. Based on the relevant provisions of the "Guidelines for Rural Power Grid Planning and Design" and the "Guidelines for Urban Power Network Planning and Design," and drawing on the planning and construction experience of China's rural and urban power grids, while fully considering the actual conditions of county-level power grids managed by the Southern Power Grid, and referencing international distribution network construction practices, this guide has been compiled. The socio-economic development levels and grid scales of the five southern provinces (regions) vary significantly, and the load distribution and load characteristics of each county-level power grid are also different. To ensure the generality and practical guiding significance of this guide, classification requirements will be proposed based on the load density in some specific requirements.
