Features: The predecessor of Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning and Design Institute was the Institute of Urban Planning and Architecture at Tongji University. It was one of the first design research institutions in China to obtain Class A qualifications in urban planning and design, as well as Class A qualifications in tourism planning. With the scientific research strength of the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University, after more than fifty years of accumulation and ten years of refinement, we have combined theory with practice, continuously innovated, and achieved certain results. This book carefully selects more than 140 outstanding planning and design works completed by Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning and Design Institute over the past three years.
