Features: As a special form in the urban development process of Shenzhen, the spontaneous high urbanization of villages within the city has made them an integral part of Shenzhen's urban development. Due to the lack of corresponding urban planning and management, the many urban and social issues generated by villages within the city have prompted the government to resolve to transform them comprehensively.
