Features: Revised and condensed editions of "Comprehensive Current Architectural Design Codes," "Comprehensive Current Architectural Structure Codes," and "Comprehensive Current Construction Engineering Codes." Since their publication in March 1994, these editions have been widely welcomed by architectural design, structural design, and construction engineering professionals. However, with the changing circumstances in scientific research, design, construction, and management practices, the competent authorities of national engineering construction standards have inevitably revised and formulated new standards and codes. To adapt to these changes, our publishing house will adjust and supplement the original condensed editions of "Comprehensive" based on the revisions and new formulations of the standards in a timely manner to serve our readers. In line with this purpose, our publishing house has recently organized editorial efforts to comprehensively revise and supplement the three volumes of design, structure, and construction condensed editions based on the 2002 revision.
The revised condensed edition of "Comprehensive Current Architectural Design Codes" includes standards and codes in architectural design, architectural physics, architectural electrical systems, and architectural heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, totaling 5 parts and 116 items, including 13 newly added, 8 fully revised, and 2 partially revised. The revised condensed edition of "Comprehensive Current Architectural Structure Codes" includes standards and codes in architectural structures, engineering seismic design, exploration, and building foundations, totaling 6 parts and 84 items, including 15 newly added, 6 fully revised, and 3 partially revised. The revised condensed edition of "Comprehensive Current Construction Engineering Codes" includes standards and codes in construction technology, quality acceptance, and construction safety, totaling 6 parts and 105 items, including 24 newly added, 9 fully revised, and 2 partially revised.
To help readers understand the changes in standards and codes after this revision, different symbols are used in the table of contents to mark the names of revised standards and codes. The symbol "▲" is used for newly added standards and codes, "●" for fully revised standards and codes, and "■" for partially revised standards and codes. It should be noted that since standards and codes are in a dynamic state of change, and our publishing house is constrained by the principles of publishing and distribution, it is not possible to revise the "Comprehensive" editions with every reprint. Therefore, before a full revision, some standards and codes in the "Comprehensive" editions may not be replaced or revised.
