Features: The "Uniform Installation Engineering Construction Instruments and Equipment Unit Fee Standard" (hereinafter referred to as this standard) was formulated in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Construction's document No. 6, "Notice on the Formulation of the 'Uniform Installation Engineering Construction Instruments and Equipment Unit Fee Standard'" (hereinafter referred to as this notice), and was developed based on the current equipment level of construction instruments and equipment and reasonable construction processes in most domestic construction units. This standard serves as the basis for provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and relevant departments of the State Council to formulate installation engineering construction cost estimates and budgets, as well as a reference for determining the budget price of construction instruments and equipment unit fees and the rental fee for construction instruments and equipment unit fees. This standard includes 39 categories and 1,373 sub-items of general and specialized instruments and equipment, listing the depreciation costs, regular maintenance costs, calibration costs, and power costs of these instruments and equipment. This standard serves as the basis for provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, as well as relevant departments of the State Council, to formulate installation engineering construction cost estimates and budgets, as well as a reference for determining the budget price of construction instruments and equipment unit fees and the rental fee for construction instruments and equipment unit fees.
