Features: On August 20, 2003, the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation" were discussed and approved at the 18th Executive Meeting of the State Council. On September 3, 2003, Premier Wen Jiabao signed State Council Decree No. 390, promulgating the regulations, which came into effect on November 1, 2003. This book was edited by Wang Fengqing, then Director of the State Administration for Certification and Accreditation, and Li Shishui, then Deputy Director of the General Office of the State Council Legal Affairs Office. Cheng Fang, Xiazhenzheng, Zhao Xiaoguang, Yuan Junming, Xie Jun, Liu Anping, Cai Wei, Bo Yumin, Zhao Zongbo, Jiang Tianbo, Gao Weiwei, Wang Feng, Li Chunguang, and Li Huaning contributed to the interpretation of the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation," aiming to provide enlightenment and assistance for everyone to better study, understand, and master the regulations.
