Features: Since the "First Civil Service Recruitment Examination for Central and National Administrative Organs" organized by the State Personnel Department in 1994, it has been ten years. Over these ten years, the Civil Service Recruitment Examination has undergone a process of practice, exploration, improvement, and standardization. In recent years, the Civil Service Recruitment Examination has seen significant changes in its format, content, and direction.
I. (Administrative Aptitude Test) (A, B Types)
1. The original "Civil Service Aptitude Test" has been renamed.
2. The original "Verbal Comprehension and Expression" section has been supplemented with "Listening Comprehension" (including audio recordings).
3. The original "Public Knowledge" exam was conducted separately, and the original "Common Sense Judgment" section of the "Civil Service Aptitude Test" has now been renamed "Basic Knowledge" (including "Public Knowledge").
4. The "Judgment and Reasoning" section has had "Mechanical Reasoning" removed and incorporated into "Definition Judgment."
II. (Essay Writing)
1. The original summary questions, countermeasure questions, and argumentative questions have been combined into "Comprehensive Questions" (two or three questions in one).
2. The writing style is now more closely aligned with the actual work of civil servants, emphasizing the assessment of practical abilities.
III. (Interview)
1. Based on structured interviews, advanced methods such as "psychological evaluation" and "background simulation" have been adopted.
2. The assessment content is more personalized, tailored to the quality requirements of different positions.
