Features: With the rapid development of the food industry, the variety of food products has been continuously increasing, and food enterprises have also been expanding. To ensure food quality, protect the interests of consumers, and strengthen the supervision and management of food, the state has successively formulated many standards for edible oils and their products. To address the practical difficulties of departments such as production, research, inspection, and supervision lacking standards or having incomplete collections, and to guide enterprise production and improve product quality, we have compiled and published this collection of standards for edible oils and their products released before the end of August 2005 to meet the needs of food enterprises across the country, as well as various levels of food quality supervision and inspection institutions and food hygiene supervision and inspection institutions. This collection mainly includes three parts: standards for edible oils and their products, standards for test methods, and related standards. This collection collects a total of 105 national standards and 28 industry standards for edible oils and their products.
