Features: To comprehensively, accurately, and timely reflect the development status of China's real estate market and showcase the significant achievements of the real estate industry in China, to provide a comprehensive, systematic, and objective research tool for the industry, helping everyone effectively analyze the operation processes of real estate investment, development, and transactions, and also to facilitate in-depth quantitative analysis of the real estate market by academia, the China-Canada Index Academy, in collaboration with the National Bureau of Statistics, organized, edited, and published the China Real Estate Statistical Yearbook (2005-2006). The China Real Estate Statistical Yearbook (2005-2006) is a data source centered on the development status of the real estate market, including real estate economic statistics of various regions and 35 major cities in China from 2003 to 2004, as well as preliminary data on real estate development investment in 2005. Among them, indicators such as completed investment in real estate development, sources of funds, land development and acquisition, and major areas in 2004 adopt preliminary data on real estate development investment, while financial data on real estate development, properties, intermediaries, and other real estate industry indicators adopt data from the 2004 real estate census. This yearbook primarily focuses on statistical data of the real estate industry and also collects other economic statistical materials related to the real estate industry. The content of the entire yearbook is divided into five parts: National and Regional Section, Major Cities Section, Provincial and City Sections, Preliminary Data on Real Estate Development in 2005, and Appendix.
