Features: After clarifying the "development" goal of primary school Chinese language teaching with the "theory of development," it is necessary to further understand the content of development, i.e., what is being developed? The fundamental goal of education lies in cultivating people. Cultivating people must be based on the theory of human development. What is the purpose of human development? In this regard, Marxism's theory of human development provides a scientific basis. Marxism's theory of human development involves two aspects: first, the comprehensive development of people, and second, the development of individuality. Regarding the comprehensive development of people, its connotation mainly includes two aspects: first, the comprehensiveness of development in the "horizontal" aspect, including "moral, intellectual, physical, and aesthetic" aspects, which is the comprehensive development of a person's body and mind. Second, the "vertical" aspect, which refers to the degree of fullness and freedom of human development. Regarding individuality development, it mainly refers to the comprehensive and full development of the characteristics that make a person different from others. There are mainly three aspects: first, the development of a person's subjectivity, second, the development of a person's independence, and third, the development of a person's uniqueness. Uniqueness includes the uniqueness of perception, the uniqueness of thinking, and the uniqueness of views, etc. The theory of comprehensive development and individuality development of Marxism is the theoretical basis for formulating primary school education goals. The overall goal of primary school education is to promote the comprehensive, harmonious development of primary school students in terms of morality, intelligence, physique, and aesthetics, as well as their individuality development. The development goal of primary school Chinese language teaching cannot be said to be far from this overall goal. Currently, in primary education, from the perspective of the comprehensiveness of development goals, aesthetic education is still a weak link, which is very closely related to Chinese language teaching. In primary school Chinese language teaching, how to develop students' sense of beauty and aesthetic ability still requires a lot of effort. From the vertical analysis of development goals, the degree of fullness and freedom of development goals is still insufficient. The intellectual potential of most students has not been fully developed, and some teaching not only fails to inspire but also hinders the development of students' wisdom. Regarding the issue of individuality development of primary school students, primary school students are in the foundational stage of developing subjectivity, independence, and uniqueness. If a solid foundation is laid in this stage, the full development of individuality will be guaranteed. However, in the training plans of some schools, it is often seen the phrase "cultivating students' comprehensive development and special talents." That is to say, some people replace individuality development with the development of special talents, viewing students with certain talents as those who have developed their individuality. This is a misunderstanding; these are two different concepts. Individuality indicates personality, while special talents indicate professionalism. Students with special talents do not necessarily mean their individuality is developed; training special talents and developing individuality are entirely different. For primary school students, it is not advisable to overemphasize the cultivation of special talents. Some students may have certain strengths, and it is enough to encourage them accordingly. Primary school Chinese language teaching should determine the development goals of Chinese language teaching based on the development goals of primary education, the nature of the Chinese language subject, and the age characteristics of children. The development goal of primary school Chinese language teaching is to develop language quality. The main items are as follows: (1) Develop students' language abilities. The development of children's language plays a decisive role in their growth. The oral language of school-age children must be expanded and deepened, developing coherent and extended internal language, so that their thinking ability can be improved...
