Features: To further enhance the theoretical level of constitutional research and promote the standardization of constitutional studies, the Secretariat of the Constitutional Law Research Society of the China Legal Society made necessary adjustments to the editing principles and methods of the annual conference paper collections starting from 2001. The annual conference paper collections were published in the form of professional journals of the society, with the title "Constitutional Research." In 2002, "Constitutional Research" (Volume 1) was published. Starting from 2005, according to the publishing plan of the Law Press, "Constitutional Research" was changed to "China Constitutional Yearbook," with one volume published each year. The content includes representative papers of the year, academic reviews, and chronicles of major events.
