Features: "After Drinking" is Ling Shuhua's breakthrough work and one of her representative works. After reading "After Drinking" and "Embroidered Pillow," which she published in Modern Commentary, Lu Xun praised her: "She is generally very cautious, describing the obedient women in old families to an appropriate extent. Even when there are occasional deviations, it is because she is occasionally influenced by the wind of literary and wine culture, and ultimately returns to her original path. This is good, as it allows us to see and depict characters who are completely different from what we witness, that is, a corner of the world, the essence of high-ranking and wealthy families."
