The book is organized around the theme of "The Future," divided into three sections. Embracing the Future—Letters to Young Students: This section includes seven open letters I have written to young students since 2000. Through these letters, I share my thoughts and experiences in learning and growth with them. Creating the Future—Innovation, Talent, and Culture in the Digital Age: The articles in this section can be seen as open letters to Chinese enterprises. They analyze the success strategies of renowned multinational companies like Microsoft and Google, explore the fundamental challenges faced by the IT industry and modern enterprises in the digital era, and introduce my ideas and suggestions on technological innovation, talent strategies, and the management and culture of modern enterprises. Aspiring to the Future—Education and Growth of the Next Generation: The articles in this section are related to China's education system and the growth of young people. They include open letters to education leaders or university administrators, discussing reforms and developments in China's education sector, as well as articles introducing successful experiences from foreign education systems and advanced educational philosophies beneficial to youth. There is even a "light-hearted" piece recalling my own university life.
