Features: The bibliographies and annotations left down through the ages are extremely rich, but not many of them have been organized and published. In March 2005, our press selected twenty bibliographies and annotations printed in the 1950s and compiled them into twenty-two volumes, divided into ten sets, and published as the first series of Bibliographies and Annotations of Chinese History. They were published in facsimile. Now, we are launching the second series of Bibliographies and Annotations of Chinese History, consisting of twelve volumes, divided into ten sets, including A Critical Edition of Records of Diligent Reading by Min Qian (compiled by Qian Zeng of the Qing Dynasty, with annotations by Guan Tingfen and Zhang Jue), Catalogue of Tianlu Linlang Collection (compiled by Yu Mingzhong and others of the Qing Dynasty), Supplementary Catalogue of Tianlu Linlang Collection (compiled by Peng Quansun of the Qing Dynasty), Records of the Pan Family's Collection in Poxi Hall (compiled by Pan Zuyin of the Qing Dynasty), Catalogue of Song Books in Shitang Hall (compiled by Pan Zongzhou), Records of Visits to Wenluxuan (compiled by Wang Wenjin), Annotations by Ye Jingkui, Records of Books Obtained During Hard Times (compiled by Zheng Zhenduo), and Annotations by Pan Jingzheng. The first nine volumes are newly punctuated and organized, while the last three are still published in facsimile of the old versions from the 1950s by our predecessor, the Classical Literature Publishing House. We believe they will be warmly welcomed by readers.
