Features: Humans are essentially "social beings," and their lives are deeply influenced by the ethnic, racial, and cultural groups they belong to as part of human society. Only when the constitution is based on this understanding can it more fully reflect human values. This book offers a fresh perspective for recognizing and analyzing constitutional phenomena in human society. The ideological origins of the constitution are primarily the natural ideas long familiar to academia, which advocate that every person is born free and that all are entitled to equal freedom and rights. In the constitutional practice since the constitution's inception, the focus has remained on reflecting the entirety of human social life. The author argues that this theoretical system itself can fully reflect the entirety of human social life. Because humans are essentially "social beings," their lives are deeply influenced by the ethnic, racial, and cultural groups they belong to as part of human society. Only when the constitution is based on this understanding can it more fully reflect human values. Constitutional anthropology is built on this fresh perspective. This book features new theoretical content and structure. It is divided into two parts: the first part is based on background analysis and theoretical construction from the perspective of ethnic, racial, and cultural groups, including various knowledge and theoretical systems related to ethnic, racial, and cultural groups; the second part is empirical analysis, which provides as comprehensive a summary and analysis as possible of Canada's multiculturalism and China's regional autonomy for ethnic minorities. This book exhibits the characteristics of a new discipline. Contemporary frontiers, marginal, and interdisciplinary disciplines are constantly emerging and gaining prominence. This work combines traditional constitutional law with the burgeoning fields of cultural anthropology, legal anthropology, and philosophical anthropology, making pioneering explorations and attempts to construct a theoretical system of constitutional anthropology that is closely linked to traditional constitutional law while possessing its own independent characteristics.
