Launched in July 2001, the CCTV Science and Education Channel emerged alongside the implementation of the "Rejuvenating China Through Science and Education" strategy. Over the past three years, the channel has organized multiple large-scale thematic series programs, featuring special arrangements in production and broadcasting. This has established a distinct channel identity at CCTV, while the "Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Action" brand has gained positive recognition in society.
Colleagues at Shanghai Scientific and Technical Documents Publishing House have consistently monitored the growth of the Science and Education Channel, paying close attention to its content.
