Features: "Discovery Travel" is not a traditional science and education film, nor is it a news-style documentary or an elite documentary. It has very distinct characteristics, and its charm lies in its emphasis on storytelling. This book is part of the "Discovery Travel" series, divided into five volumes: "The Mysterious Disappearance of Li Zicheng; Ancient Road Towns; The Last Tuvans; The Floating Secret Classics, and The Death of Dai Li." During the discovery process, it challenges the unknown, seeks the truth, solves mysteries, and speculates on missing links. Over the past two years, "Discovery Travel" has won more than 30 domestic and international awards, nearly all of China's major documentary awards. The documentary model it pioneered has become a benchmark for many domestic documentary programs, with some colleagues even calling this phenomenon "the Science Phenomenon." As the mother program, Beijing Science and Education Film Studio has a 45-year history of producing science and education films, having made over 1,400 such films, with more than 100 of them winning domestic and international awards. Today, the studio employs over 300 mid-to-high-level professionals in science and education film production, providing over 300 hours of science and education programs to CCTV annually, with many outstanding works entering international mainstream markets for distribution and broadcast. All of this proves that the success of a program is never accidental. In today's highly competitive media landscape with endless formats, "Discovery Travel" has forged a unique path to success—it is the perfect combination of the right team, passion, and hard work. Let's call this a secret for now. This book is one of them.
