Features: This book consists of twelve chapters, which systematically and deeply explore the theoretical and practical issues of incentive and constraint mechanisms in financial institutions. Chapter 1 provides a review of existing incentive and constraint mechanism theories, laying a theoretical foundation for the subsequent chapters' analysis of incentive and constraint issues in China's financial institutions. Chapter 2 conducts a comparative analysis of typical international incentive models for financial institutions, offering reference and insights for research on China's financial institutions' incentive and constraint mechanisms. Chapters 3 to 6 discuss the current status, problems, and reform ideas of incentive and constraint mechanisms for major types of financial institutions in China: commercial banks, insurance companies, securities companies, and fund management companies. Chapters 7 and 8 apply principal-agent theory and game models to conduct a comparative analysis of incentive and constraint mechanisms in financial institutions and their primary incentive methods. Chapter 9 employs the multi-agent modeling and simulation software SWARM to conduct a preliminary dynamic simulation analysis of incentive and constraint mechanisms in financial institutions. Chapter 10 applies game models to explore issues such as incentive and constraint mechanisms and risk control in financial branches. Building on the analyses in the previous chapters, Chapter 11 discusses the reconstruction of incentive and constraint mechanisms for China's financial institutions. Finally, Chapter 12 analyzes the external conditions necessary for establishing and improving incentive and constraint mechanisms in China's financial institutions.
