Features: Wang Ziping (1881–1973) was a renowned martial artist in China and the former Vice President of the China Wushu Association. He began learning martial arts at the age of six and mastered various styles of boxing. In the areas of broadswords, spears, swords, staves, grappling, striking, wrestling, soft skills, hard skills, and lightness skills, he achieved profound expertise, earning him the title of a "versatile martial artist" in the martial arts community. At the same time, he was also a famous orthopedic expert. In medicine, he combined grappling techniques with bone-setting methods, forming a major of northern martial arts orthopedics—Wang-style orthopedics. This book selectively introduces three sets of boxing, all of which are the essence and representative works of Chaji boxing. Chaji boxing generally includes four major styles: Chai, Huo, Hong, and Pao. Beginners who have completed "Spring Leg" and "Twenty Methods of Boxing" can choose any of the four sets mentioned above to start. For example, they can first practice the "Dahongquan," which has a straightforward structure and direct movements, followed by the "Five-Road Chajiquan," "Three-Road Paquan." Alternatively, they can first practice the "Huoquan," which is more refined and fluid, followed by the "Five-Road Chajiquan," "Three-Road Paquan," and "Dahongquan." Of course, they can also focus on 1-2 sets of their choice.
