During the process of description and analysis, we strive to maintain a neutral and objective stance. This book does not intend to promote any particular method or teach readers how to proceed. We are concerned with providing information and clarifying facts, thereby stimulating discussion and evaluation among readers about the major changes occurring in the field of higher education, with one of the most significant changes being quality assessment. Of course, we also hope that this book will be of considerable practical value to readers and provide them with inspiration.
