Features: The Tang poems are enjoyable to read a hundred times and remain perpetually fresh. It is precisely this sense of freshness that enabled Tang poets to depict the motherland's landscapes so magnificently and grandly. As natural landscapes, they have not changed much over the millennia. Why, then, do they hold such captivating appeal in the Tang poems? This is precisely why I hold Tang poetry in such special regard. China is often called a land of poetry, and the Tang poems are the most magnificent blossoms in this poetic nation. Their rich creativity and fresh perspective are an enduring source of pride in the splendid artistic achievements of ancient Chinese culture. Today, when we read Tang poetry, we are not aiming to imitate it. Imitation can never bring about a sense of novelty. Since the Tang poems, countless imitators have emerged, yet their works have long been forgotten, while the Tang poems remain as fresh as ever. By reading Tang poetry, we aim to keep our spiritual state fresh, vibrant, and full of vitality. This state of mind will help us better understand the world around us, and the pursuit of understanding the world is infinite. Therefore, like all beautiful classical artistic creations, the Tang poems inspire people of all generations.
