Features: Looking back at the publication of foreign poetry in China in the 20th century, we can very clearly see that the publication of translated poems has always been in a scattered, non-systematic state. We are publishing this series of "20th Century World Poetry Translations" precisely to change this situation. We hope to contribute our modest efforts to fill a gap in China's publishing industry, thereby constructing a long corridor of the 20th-century world poetry history in Chinese, and providing a complete picture of 20th-century poetry. This series is planned to include 50 volumes, divided into five collections, with 10 volumes per collection. Rubén Darío is a representative figure of Latin American Modernism. His poetry has had a profound influence on the poetry circles of Europe and America. This book includes 129 representative poems of the poet from different periods and various genres. It particularly focuses on "Azul," "Cantos Profanos," and "Cantos de Vida y Esperanza," providing readers with a concise yet comprehensive understanding of the poet. Indeed, these three poetry collections relatively typify the entire process of the establishment, development, and continuation of Darío's poetic theory.
