Features: Shanghai, as one of China's economically developed regions, has seen rapid growth in the real estate industry in recent years. Adapting to the changing social realities, various new types of disputes have emerged, with property sales being particularly prominent. In accordance with the requirements of specialized judicial division, the Second Intermediate People's Court of Shanghai established a specialized tribunal for handling real estate dispute cases in 2001. Statistics show that from the second half of 2001 to the end of 2004, the tribunal adjudicated 1,909 property sales cases, accumulating valuable experience. Over the years of adjudicating property sales disputes, the court has gradually formed a group of judges with solid legal theory foundations and judicial experience. While fulfilling their heavy judicial responsibilities, they meticulously sorted out and selected typical cases involving property sales disputes in recent years, categorized them, and provided analyses, compiling this book, Selected Cases of Property Sales Disputes. The book has the following characteristics: First, it has broad representativeness. Second, it has outstanding practicality. Third, it has high theoretical depth. The cases selected in the book closely address the hot and difficult issues in property sales dispute cases, combining judicial practice and specific problems, integrating practicality, academic rigor, and guidance. It reflects the judges' theoretical literacy and critical thinking abilities, embodying the crystallization of their judicial experience and skills.
