Features: The surname Liang originated from Qin Zhong, a minister of King Xuan of Zhou. He achieved merits in defeating the Western Rong but was killed by them. To honor him, King Ping of Zhou enfeoffed his son Kang as the leader of Liangshan and established the State of Liang (now Hancheng, Shaanxi), known as Liang Kang. His descendants took the state name as their surname. The founding ancestor of the Liang surname is Liang Kang (Liang Bo). The notable ancestral seats (jùwàng) of the Liang surname include Anning, Tianshui, Henan, and Fufeng. This book aims to compile the civilization of the Liang surname and clarify its origins. It is an illustrated comprehensive history, featuring numerous exquisite illustrations related to the surname's ancestors, figures, ancestral seats, artifacts, documents, scenic spots, and historical sites.
