Features: With the deepening of educational reform in China, more and more issues in educational economics and educational management have been placed before theoretical researchers, urgently awaiting scientific answers from research workers. The historical mission of professional researchers requires us to take on this task, though it may be too heavy for us. At the same time, the reform and development of education have also provided researchers with rich practical materials. For this, we feel deeply gratified, as we have found the best land to nourish us in the best historical period. It is precisely because of this understanding of challenges and opportunities that we decided to compile this series of works. The title of this book is Problem-Based Learning in Leadership Development, and the issues it explores are naturally limited to the field of leadership development. However, the ingenious PBL promotion strategies, refined individualized feedback methods, student-led learning approaches, ways to create authentic contexts, and carefully designed thematic programs in the book can all provide very practical experiences for the school-based training of primary and secondary school teachers and the organization and implementation of research-based learning in primary and secondary schools. Additionally, the content discussed in Chapter 5 of this book can also bring beneficial insights to the reform of student training models in related disciplines in Chinese higher education institutions.
