Features: This book recounts, in a factual manner, the entire process of a major series of armed abductions that occurred in the provinces of Anhui, Henan, Jiangsu, and Shandong, from their occurrence to their resolution. Several rural youths, lost in the allure of urban prosperity, gave in to greed and formed a highly professional, agile, and cunning criminal gang. They committed frenzied crimes—robbery, murder, and armed abduction—committing countless atrocities. The series of armed abductions they orchestrated shocked the nation and became a high-profile case listed by the Ministry of Public Security. As the saying goes, "The devil is one step ahead, but the Tao is two steps ahead." The involved officers, driven by a sense of mission and the spirit of upholding justice, engaged in a battle of wits and courage with the kidnappers and, in the end, sent the heinous criminals to a hell from which there is no return.
