Features: They are successful individuals who are ahead of their time. Their path serves as an inspiration: broaden your horizons, stand on the pinnacle of high mountains, and only then will your life and career have a grand vision. They climb the mountain of knowledge, navigate the seas of commerce, and maneuver with skill, singing all the way. Following in their footsteps, perhaps success lies ahead. Among the new generation of overseas Chinese widely connected and served by the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and its local branches, there are many outstanding figures. The 56 scholars and entrepreneurs included in this book are just a small part of them. Most of them share a similar life trajectory: after achieving outstanding results in their studies and careers in China, they further their education and development abroad. When their homeland needs them, they resolutely give up the foundations they have built in their host countries and return to start businesses, dedicating themselves to serving their motherland. This requires perseverance and courage. It is precisely with this tenacious perseverance and courage that they overcome various anticipated and unanticipated difficulties, ultimately allowing their careers and ideals to progress in a positive direction and achieve certain success. Through them, we see the exemplary effect of entrepreneurs returning to their homeland, as well as positive lessons for achieving success in life. We cannot assert that their future career paths will be smooth and free of obstacles, but we believe that after the trials of their early entrepreneurial days, as founders, they have already acquired the confidence and qualities of successful individuals.
